Little Girl's Gift Guide

Harlow turns one in less than two weeks and even though I'm not ready to talk about it on so many levels, I have been busy hunting down adorable and age-appropriate gifts for her birthday and Christmas. At one, I feel like I can still get away with a few things that are technically for her, but make mama happy, too, like decor for her room in the new house. (Birthday, Christmas, moving...I'm not ready to talk about that, either).

In honor of her December birthday-Christmas double-dip, I'm sharing gift ideas handpicked straight from Harlow's wish list. Whether they're fun, functional, or a little bit of both, these presents are perfect for your precious, growing girl.

Unicorn Head Wall Decor ($14) | A new friend for Harlow to match her unicorn play mat.

Pink Flower Wall Decor ($12) | A pretty flourish to work into a gallery wall of photos from her first year.

Anywhere Chair ($99) | A place to call her own, this chair is great for reading books in her bedroom or moved into the den to watch a movie (well, someday). Personalization available.

Paris Chien ($15), A Madeline Treasury ($25), Paris: A Book of Shapes ($7) | My Francophile tendencies are seeping into Harlow's library, but these books both educate and inspire.

Sugar Paper Blush Gift Wrap Collection (prices vary) | This dreamy collection of gift wrap, boxes, and gift toppers make wrapping an experience, and create a beautiful display underneath the tree.

Jumbo Plush Flamingo ($23) | A bright pop of pink to brighten baby's day and her nursery, too.

Cuddle + Kind Chloe the Bunny ($45-$65) | Not only is Chloe a cute new companion for Harlow, but with every purchase 10 meals are delivered to children in need around the world.

Xylophone ($13) | Harlow loves listening to music; with this wooden xylophone she can make some of her own.

Wooden Cupcake Set ($14) | Such a cute way to introduce pretend kitchen play and satisfy the sweet tooth without risk of cavities (or sugar hysterics).

B-Zany Wooden Activity Cube ($60) | All the excitement and brain-building activity of spinners, beaded rollercoasters, open-and-shut doors, and ABCs all in one compact cube.

Astrology Framed Prints ($33-120) | How cute will this Sagittarius print look hanging on her wall? It's soft and sweet for her baby years and will still work when she grows up.

Pom Pom Storage Bins ($19-$44) | I love these decorative storage solutions that come in various sizes and colors. I just bought one of each size in a mixture of blush, mint, and gray. Already excited to put these to good use in the new house!
