Best #NSale Shoes Under $100

I know you're probably inundated by now with posts about the Nordstrom Sale (#nsale) BUT that being said who doesn't want to know about good budget buys with great cost-per-wear potential?

So many things are sold out already from the sale but these shoes are still stocked and soooooo freaking cute! Some are trendy, some are classic, but no matter which is your cup of tea you're getting a great fall shoe for a great price. I also threw in some tips on how to wear each style of shoe just to make the case for what good deals they are :)

As you can probably guess from the above photo, I got the first velvet floral booties on my list because I missed the trend last year and I'm not doing that again, especially when they're currently for sale in my price range. They fit true to size and are very comfortable to walk in.

Velvet is back and big again this season. I suggest working it into your shoe collection for the best way to wear this trend. Velvet pants are notoriously hard to find in a flattering fit, and velvet tops and blazers are pretty, albeit dressy. A velvet boot looks so good with standard black skinnies or a trendy cropped flare jean.

This gray/taupe hue goes with just about everything in your closet, and the wrapped heel dresses it up. I recommend wearing these with white jeans and a creamy sweater for a gorgeous wintry white look.

Aside from how stylish these boots are, don't underestimate how much warmth an OTK tall boot can add to your cold weather ensem. They look extra fetching with a short dress for a fun night out, but they're just as lovely with classic blue denim, a turtleneck sweater, and a long wool coat for easy autumn weekends.

Sock booties are a thing again, as are romantic, rosy shades of blush. As I mentioned earlier, a velvet shoe is the best, easiest way to work this major trend into your fall/winter wardrobe. These would be so great with just about any style of jean, or to sass up a sweater dress.

Ladies, this true ankle bootie is clutch for those skinny cropped jeans that show your...well...ankle. You know those jeans that are just slightly too short for your other booties to cover the hem? These are what you need. They're also a fantastic choice to wear with rompers and shorter hemlines while we transition seasons.

Red slides are selling out everywhere, and these are soon to go, too. This fiery hue is going to be big this fall, and while it would be fun to play fashion editor and wear it head-to-toe like we've seen on the runways, a red shoe will do just fine. You get mad style points for wearing slides, period! I love the version below with the bow (which comes in four colors FWIW).

A true work-to-weekend shoe, this sensible stunner can dress up office appropriate separates, then go right to dinner and drinks as part of your dressy denim ensemble. If you're not the most sure-footed (present company included), an ankle-strap is clutch for keeping your feet in your heels...especially after a particularly festive happy hour ;D

Hope you enjoy your weekend! Currently I'm sitting outside in my pjs and a sweater drinking coffee because it's in the mid 60s! Looooove this weather! Love shopping for fall shoes when it feels like autumn is in the air :D

Happy Saturday! xxBrooke
