Striped Dresses Under $100
STRIPED DRESS // HAT // SANDALS // NECKLACES (ONE and TWO)
Yahoo, it's Friday already! Even though the Tuesday after a long weekend is usually a bumpy ride, it balances out with how quickly Friday arrives. Beyond the normal weekly 'TGIF' feels this one is extra exciting because the weather is *supposedly* finally clearing up here in Asheville! It pretty much stunk kicking off summer break with days on days of rain keeping us inside bored to tears. I'm SO ready to get outside, work in our yard, go on a family walk, and restock on Vitamin E.
Rewind back to last weekend when we were in Charlotte at my favorite mall, South Park, shopping all the phenomenal sales. I picked up THIS simple t-shirt dress and wore it to dinner the next night with a denim jacket and tan slides. I say this all the time but a t-shirt dress is by far the easiest, comfiest thing to wear during the summer. Easier than yoga pants in my book, and at least it looked like you tried and no one will ask you if you're going to work out haha!
Stripes are quintessentially summery and say a lot with little effort. Blue and white? Classic chic. Rainbow colors? Bright and cheerful. Black and white? Effortless. You can get great bang for your buck in terms of design and price. Every single dress in today's post is A) adorable, and B) budget-friendly, coming in at $100 or less. Most of the t-shirt dress styles ring in at or around the $50 mark. Since stripes never go out of style, what you buy this year you can wear for many summers to come.
POCKET T-SHIRT DRESS (same one I'm wearing)
As if I didn't just buy several striped dresses, I already want so many of these, too! I really love the metallic stripe dresses and the yellow one with tie straps. Which ones are your favorites?
I hope everyone is looking forward to a great, fun-filled weekend! Even if by fun you mean restful and relaxing...because I think we could all use that after a holiday weekend. Take care and I'll see you on Monday with my official guide on the best things to do and places to go in Asheville!
