J. Crew Factory Sale Alert
Good morning! Harlow and I are just sitting on the couch playing stickers and checking emails. I promised Harlow we'd go do a fun activity today after breakfast so I've gotta make this short and sweet. I think we're going to AMOS, the local kid-friendly science museum, and I'm so excited because we've never been! Good friends of ours have been very involved in opening the museum in their new location downtown and I'm really excited to see what it's all about. And I feel like I can take on downtown traffic and parking if it's early in the morning on a weekday haha!
Anyways, I wanted to drop by today to let you in on the crazy good sale happening at J. Crew Factory right now. Beyond the great prices -- everything's marked down 40% plus you can get another 20% off on some items and free shipping with code SWIMMING -- there are SUCH cute pieces! I don't usually love factory/outlet shopping bc the pieces look like obviously cheaper versions of the real thing but this is NOT the case at JCF. In fact, I just bought two Mercantile dresses (THIS one and THIS one) at the regular store over Memorial Day Weekend and they're actually included in this sale. The sale is online only but that shouldn't matter since free shipping is being offered.
These are my favorite things from the current sale. So many ways you can wear them! Casually, on the weekends, on mom duty, to the beach, to brunch, or to a barbecue. Dress them or dress them down; put on heels, sandals, or sneakers and you're good to go!
Dyyyying over the bow detail on the back of this APRON DRESS
These ruffled tank tops are so sweet and classic! Wear both with blue or white denim, or tuck into a solid maxi/midi skirt.
I bought this black floral midi dress and it is so comfy -- the fabric just skims over your body and feels so light and twirly. I'll wear mine mostly with sneakers and sandals when I want to look cute on mom duty.
Anytime you can pick up denim for a deal, do it! I love my new denim skirt to wear with tees and button-up blouses. And if you don't already own a denim jacket, or you need to update yours, this one is perfectly classic.
A sweet mini dress is a great option to have for date night. The shorter hemline makes it A-OK to wear with pretty flat sandals if you don't feel like busting out the high heels. The pretty prints and ruffled hems give these dresses a romance perfect for when you're in need of some alone time with your main squeeze.
We need cute, basic tops in our wardrobe for classic outfits and for toning down the statement pieces we love so much. I love the details on all these tops: the knot, the flutter sleeves, and the scalloped neckline.
Adore this SCALLOPED CAMI that comes in 6 colors!
Take a basic tee and wear a cute skirt instead of shorts or jeans. It'll make you feel more excited about your outfit and look really pulled together.
Love the pretty florals on these dresses! Both could be dressed up or dressed down.
A great sandal is something that can't be overvalued during the summer. A colorful sandal can add interest to an old dress, and a mixed metallic sandal can be worn casually or dressy.
Wedges like these look so pretty with summer dresses or worn with jeans and a blazer.
A good panama hat goes with so many summer outfits and hides a bad hair day. I'm speaking from lots of experience haha!
Happy shopping and happy Tuesday! Hope you have a wonderful day! I'll be back tomorrow with a new outfit post highlighting a fun new bag I found for a STEAL and some really flattering jeans I bought here in Asheville.
